      That is what I told Kripal. This is Kongu Cuisine. Chettinaad uses a lot of pepper and coconut. The Kongu cuisine is known for its use of fiery Chillies and tamarind. It is quite pungent and piquant by nature. The use of the tart tamarind balances the pungence of the delicacies and neutralises the flavour.

    This is torture watching these dishes.
    They look absolutely amazing and explained beautifully. I’m salivating just looking at the dishes. There is something very satisfying having food on a banana leaf.

      Dellhi Food Walks lacks much in depth.
      Besides, he is more of a vegetarian guy with little experience in non-veg, especially Pork and Beef, which he avoids vloging most of the time, thereby projecting only a limited cuisines of the cities he visits.
