This Legendary Restaurant in California Inspired this Fried Zucchini Recipe

On this episode of 20 Dollar Chef, Shaun went with one of his favorite deep-fried items, zucchini! The deep-fried zucchini is slept on in the majority restaurant appetizer menus, and Chef's love for deep-fried zucchini came to him in his early 30’s. During that time, he lived in Long Beach, where there is this incredibly underrated spot called Louis Burger. The place is way under the radar unless you live around there, you probably don’t get it. They are just perfect. They give you a huge ass box full of perfectly fried zucchini and two big ass cups of ranch.

Clearly not having them in a long time, the Big Homie decided to try and make them on his own, and clearly he didn't have their recipe, So he just went with what he knows. After you coat the sticks with the flour, egg, and Breadcrumbs throw them in the fridge for at LEAST 10 mins, before deep-frying. An hour is much better if you have the time.
